Elisha Pritchett has been at the intersection of data and youth homelessness for over 5 years. She is a Data Coaching and Improvement Advisor with Community Solutions, where she leverages her technical skills and deep knowledge of homelessness systems to support communities to use data to inform their decisions and drive social change. Elisha believes in the power of redesigning systems to better serve the people in her community. She actively participates in her own personal recovery and is committed to supporting women in Walla Walla to find the same freedom from active addiction that she has.
