Hope Street is hiring our next Executive Director.

We are a nonprofit recovery residence in Walla Walla, Washington, providing safe, stable housing for women in early recovery from substance use disorder. We are in a season of intentional growth and long-term planning, including the upcoming launch of a graduate house.

We are seeking a leader who can steward what has been built, strengthen systems, support staff-led operations, and guide Hope Street into its next season, not reinvent it.

This is an executive leadership role focused on organizational oversight, fundraising, community relationships, and partnership with the Board of Directors. It is not a direct service position.
